     Below you will find anything I answered that I found useful or interesting. If you have anything not written on this page, feel free to ask me! I'll try and answer in the most honest and helpful way that I can.

Q: I was wondering what are some good stretches for getting your splits? I'm so close! But for some reason I can't get all the way down.

A: The first thing I'd say was to make sure you're stretching every day! Stretching for two hours on Wednesdays and then not stretching at all for the rest of the week won't help you at all. Also, make sure you stretch warm! Personally, working on minor oversplits helped me get down when I only had about a half an inch left. Now I can do one off a chair! I really think it comes down to stretching consistantly.
